Workers’ Compensation

If you sustain an injury arising out of the course and scope of your employment, you may be entitled to workers’ compensation benefits. We are both Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the area of Workers’ Compensation and have over 35 years of combined experience handling these types of cases. We have provided some answers to commonly asked questions, but really recommend that you call to discuss your situation. The workers’ compensation law is complex and there are many variables that could impact your entitlement to benefits. Be very critical of what any adjuster, employer, or nurse case manager tells you about your rights and obligations.
